We are a private money lender headquartered in Oregon with locations in California and Nevada. We help real estate investors across the US bring their deals to life. Legacy Lending was founded on the idea that we could fill some of the gaps in the private money lending industry. For example, most lenders use institutional money (think hedge funds) to fund deals.

What differentiates us is the fact that all of our funds are private meaning there is no deal we have to say no to. We are the no-credit-box lender with unlimited flexibility and zero bureaucracy.
